Subscription Management
If you have an active subscription, you can modify any of its details—such as shipping address, order frequency, next order date, or payment method—by logging in with the email address used at the time of purchase. You can also skip a month or request a cancellation in the same way.

Important Notes

• In the U.S., subscriptions require at least one recurring purchase before cancellation.
• Our system automatically generates an account for anyone who purchases a subscription. If you’ve only made one-time purchases in the past, you may need to create an account manually.

Creating an Account
Visit www.myvocalmist.com, select “Login,” then click “Create Account.” Use the same email address linked to your purchase. Once your account is set up, click “Login” in the future to access your account page.
