Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in original condition, with original shrink wrap intact, with proof of purchase.

Not returnable: VocalMist Hydration Formula (perishable), all VocalGuard products (consumable), sale or discounted items, and opened or used devices. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to start a return: contact [email protected] with your order number. Once your return is approved, we'll email you the correct return address and instructions. You'll purchase your own return shipping label (we recommend a trackable service) and reply with your tracking number so we can register your return with our fulfillment center.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 15 business days after your return is received and inspected.

Warranty note: the 6-month warranty also covers non-consumable accessories sold on our site (glass bottle, carrying case, charging cable, vault). If an accessory arrives defective or fails within 6 months, contact [email protected] with a photo and we'll replace it free of charge.
