Warranty Coverage
The VocalMist Portable Nebulizer is warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects for six months from the date of purchase, when used as instructed. If a defect is found within this period, VocalMist LLC will, at its discretion, repair or replace the device at no cost. Repairs outside the warranty’s scope may incur an additional fee.

Return Policy
We accept returns of unopened packages (still in shrink wrap) within 60 days of the purchase date for a refund minus shipping costs. Because the VocalMist is delivered sterile, we cannot provide a full refund if the shrink wrap is removed. In select situations, we may accept a return of a used device with an additional sterilization fee. Perishable goods such as VocalMist Hydration Formula or VocalGuard are exempt from our return policy
