You may cancel your subscription at any time. You are responsible for the full subscription fee in the monthly billing cycle in which you cancel. Once your billed order has shipped, all sales are final — our hydration formula is a consumable and cannot be returned. If your renewal order hasn't shipped yet, contact support right away and we'll try to cancel and refund it before it ships.
